During my romantic getaway at the Grand Hotel in Carleton Place, I enjoyed the beautiful room, comfy bed, and friendly staff. the pub had a decent beer selection, and the duck wings were amazing. Although breakfast could be improved, I can't wait to return for another tranquil escape in the Canadian wilderness.

The staff hooked us up with food straight to our room - so clutch! the beds were like sleeping on clouds. Being close to and was perfect for our squad.
Wishing for a better hangout spot for party animals like us!

Wow! the stay at this hotel was fabulous! the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. the bar area was top-notch, with delicious food and drinks. Plus, the restaurant had a great selection - a must-try for sure. the rooms had a lovely old-world charm, and the interior was just beautiful. Breakfast included was a game-changer, delicious and convenient for late risers. And let me tell you, the newspaper service was a nice touch! Wedding services looked amazing, though I didn't get to experience it.
One little thing to consider is the parking situation around back. A bit of a hassle, especially in frosty weather like -5 degrees.

Had a cozy Christmas stay at a charming historical building. the staff was delightful and the extensive breakfast spread was a highlight. Located in a convenient spot for exploring the town and surrounding areas, making it easy to venture out. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Room size was a bit tight, falling short of the advertised square footage. the Wi-Fi coverage was disappointing, especially in this digital age.
